Dinner is a stylish candlelit five course dinner party and we offer a hearty, wholesome meal. We know how important it is to eat well after a day on the mountain. Dinner commences at 7.30pm with aperitifs and canapés, followed by a tasty starter served at 8pm, a scrumptious main course, a dessert to die for and if you’re still hungry there’ll be a cheeseboard with local specialities to sample. Your meal will be served with some delightful local Savoie wines direct from a local vineyard as well as some classic wines from all over France, selected after lots of diligent tastings, the perfect accompaniment to your meal. We have always had compliments about our food so be prepared for mouth-watering food every day. We run the very successful Ultimate Chalet Host Cookery Course outside of the winter season which teaches budding chalet hosts how to cook tasty and nutritious meals for large numbers and how to run a chalet. We hand pick some of staff from these courses, so you can expect a high standard of cuisine, with attention being paid to the quality of the ingredients which will always be fresh and chosen by us.
We serve high tea for children at an earlier time of 6pm, all home-made versions of kids´ favourites. If you prefer your children to eat with you, please let us know and we will serve smaller portions of the dishes served to the adults.
